Returns

Due to the made-to-order and limited nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Returns will only be considered if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival

  • The issue is reported to us within 7 days of delivery

  • Clear photo or video evidence is provided

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

A refund may be approved only if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was received

  • The issue is confirmed by our team after review

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or selection made by the customer

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors

  • Orders with incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in:

  • Denial of future service

  • Permanent restriction from ordering with us again

We retain all shipping confirmations, tracking data, and communication records to contest invalid disputes.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order enters processing, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
